接触抗肿瘤药物医护人员职业暴露风险及防护措施的研究进展

摘要
由于抗肿瘤药物在临床的频繁使用,接触抗肿瘤药物的医务人员暴露在污染环境中的风险极大增加.本文查阅国内外相关文献,了解当前接触抗肿瘤药物医护人员的职业防护意识;对抗肿瘤药物产生暴露的途径、影响因素及应对措施进行综述,以期为提升医疗机构及其管理人员对抗肿瘤药物暴露的关注,使医护人员的自我防护意识的提高,减少由肿瘤药物暴露带来的损伤提供参考.
Abstract
Due to the frequent clinical use of antineoplastic drugs,medical personnel who come into contact with antineoplastic drugs are at a greatly increased risk of exposure to contaminated environments.This paper reviews relevant literature at home and abroad to understand the occupational protection awareness of medical personnel who are currently exposed to antineoplastic drugs,and also summarizes the pathways,influencing factors and countermeasures of exposure to antineoplastic drugs,in order to enhance the attention of medical institutions and their management personnel to antineoplastic drugs exposure,improve the self-protection awareness of medical personnel,and provide reference for reducing damage caused by exposure to antineoplastic drugs.
