摘要

目的 了解自贡市大安区重点行业工作场所职业危害现状,为行政监管部门的职业病防控工作提供参考依据.方法 根据2020-2022年自贡市大安区工作场所职业病危害监测项目方案对68家企业进行监测与现场调查.结果 自贡市大安区重点行业存在的主要职业病危害因素为矽尘、电焊烟尘、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、锰及其化合物、噪声.不同有害因素的监测结果以噪声的合格率最低,为82.06%.职业健康检查结果中噪声检查异常率最高,为20.82%.结论 2020-2022年自贡市大安区重点行业职业卫生管理现状严峻,潜在职业病危害风险大.应健全职业病防治监管队伍,抓住关键环节岗位,促使企业职业病防治主体责任落实.

Abstract

Objective To understand the status of the workplace occupational hazards in the key industries in Da'an District of Zigong City,provide reference basis for occupational disease prevention and control work of administrative regulatory departments.Methods The monitoring and on-site investigation of 68 enterprises were conducted according to the workplace occupational hazard monitoring project program in Da'an District of Zigong City from 2020 to 2022.Results The main occupational hazards present in the key industries in Da'an District of Zigong City were silica dust,welding fume,benzene,toluene,xylene,manganese and inorganic its compounds,and noise.Among the monitoring results of different harmful factors,the qualification rate of noise was the the lowest,which was 82.06%.The occupational health examination results showed that the abnormal rate of noise was the highest,which was 20.82%.Conclusions The current situation of occupational health management in key industries in Da'an District of Zigong City from 2020 to 2022 is severe,with high risk of occupational disease hazards.It is necessary to improve the supervision team for occupational disease prevention and control,seize key positions,and promote the implementation of the main responsibility for occupational disease prevention and control in enterprises.
