Research progress on current situation and countermeasures of social anxiety among intern nursing students
The prevalence of social anxiety has been increasing year by year due to its high prevalence and susceptibility to lifelong illness.In the field of clinical nursing,intern nursing students,as the main force of future nursing staff,have become a high-risk group for social anxiety due to the impact of changing learning environments,frequent exposure to different situations,and contact with different patients.This article reviews the concept,theoretical mechanism,assessment tools,and influencing factors of social anxiety among intern nursing students,and proposes targeted suggestions and strategies to explore effective coping strategies,alleviate the level of social anxiety among intern nursing students,and further promote the physical and mental health of nursing workers.
