摘要
目的 分析国内外护士睡眠质量相关的文献并探讨研究现状与方向.方法 应用CiteSpace 6.2.R4软件,对中国知网数据库及Web of Science(WOS)数据库中有关护士睡眠质量的相关文献进行可视化分析,对研究热点等内容进行图谱绘制,检索时限为从建库至2023年9月15日.结果 中国知网共纳入中文文献735篇,WOS数据库共纳入英文文献3 091篇,国内外年发文量呈逐年上升趋势.国内重点关注睡眠质量的影响因素,并分析探讨了睡眠质量与心理健康之间的联系;国外重点聚焦在睡眠质量对护士生活质量与患者安全的影响,并给出了提升护士睡眠质量的干预措施.结论 综合对比国内外护士睡眠质量研究现状,国内还需在"数"和"质"上突破,各机构各地区还需加强紧密联系,并借鉴国外研究热点和方向,优化研究设计,拓展研究范围和深度,提升我国护士睡眠质量有关研究的整体质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the literature of sleep quality of nurses,and discuss the research status and direction trend.Methods CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software was used to visually analyze the literatures related to nurses'sleep quality from the establishment of CNKI database and Web of Science(WOS)database to September 15,2023,and to map research hotspots.Results Totally 735 Chinese literature articles were included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and 3 091 English literatures included in the WOS database.The annual number of papers published at home and abroad was on the rise year by year.The domestic focus was on the influencing factors of sleep quality,and the relationship between sleep quality and mental health was analyzed and explored.While,foreign countries focused on the impact of sleep quality on nurses'quality of life and patient safety,and provided intervention measures to improve nurses'sleep quality.Conclusion Based on a comprehensive comparison of the research status at home and abroad,it's still need to make breakthroughs in quantity and quality at home,strengthen close ties between institutions and regions,learn from foreign research hotspots and directions,optimize research design,expand research scope and depth,and improve the overall quality of research on improving the sleep quality of nurses in China.
