Research on the influencing factors of emergency response capability for public health emergency of health emergency personnel in medical institutions in Tongzhou District of Beijing City
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of emergency response capabilities of health emergency personnel in medical institutions in Tongzhou District of Beijing,and provide a basis for the construction of health emergency talent teams.Methods From August to November 2022,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the health emergency team members of medical institutions in Tongzhou District of Beijing,and the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression.Results The total score of emergency capability for 186 health emergency team members from medical institutions in Tongzhou District,Beijing was(45.48±11.69)points,with a scoring rate of 75.80%,indicating a moderate level of emergency response ability.Work engagement,organizational support,and whether having participated in health emergency related training and drills in the early stage were the main influencing factors on emergency response capability of health emergency team members.The total score of the emergency knowledge reserve questionnaire for health emergency team members from secondary and above medical institutions was higher than that of health emergency team members from community health service centers,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.795,P<0.01).All medical institutions had the weakest performance in basic knowledge,but the strongest performance in other emergency events such as water pollution and food poisoning.In terms of newly emerging infectious diseases and traditional infectious diseases,secondary and above medical institutions had better knowledge reserves,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.004,2.254,both P<0.05).Conclusion It is recommended to strengthen the training of basic knowledge for emergency team members in various medical institutions,and to strengthen the training of infectious diseases for emergency team members in community health service centers.Pay attention to the improvement of welfare benefits for emergency team members,solve their worries,and enhance their work engagement.
