目的 分析我国护士职业性腰背痛的发生情况.方法 检索知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、Web of Science、Embase、PubMed数据库,检索时间均为2013年5月-2023年5月,搜集有关中国护士职业性腰背痛发生情况相关的文献.按纳入/排除标准提取数据,并进行偏倚风险评价,meta分析软件采用Stata 16.结果 共纳入31个研究,包括29 688名护士.Meta分析结果显示,我国护士职业性腰背痛发生率为70.7％(95％CI:66.1％～75.2％).亚组分析结果显示,性别、年龄、婚姻状况、肥胖、年资、职称、学历、科室、工作强度及弯腰情况等因素均对我国护士职业性腰背痛发生率有一定影响.结论 我国护士职业性腰背痛发生率较高,建议医院管理者及护士自身加以重视,切实采取针对性干预措施,改善工作环境,建立保护性机制,降低护士职业性腰背痛发生率,提高护理质量,保障患者健康.
Meta-analysis of the incidence of occupational low back pain among nurses in China
Objective To analyze the incidence of occupational low back pain among nurses in China.Methods CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,China biomedical literature database,Web of Science,Embase,PubMed databases were searched from May 2013 to May 2023 to collect the literature related to the occurrence of occupational low back pain in Chinese nurses.The data were extracted according to the inclusion/exclusion criteria,and the risk of bias was evaluated.The meta-analysis software used Stata 16.Results A total of 31 studies including 29 688 nurses were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that the incidence of occupational low back pain among nurses in China was 70.7％(95％CI:66.1％-75.2％).The results of subgroup analysis showed that gender,age,marital status,obesity,seniority,professional title,educational background,department,work intensity,stooping and other factors had a certain impact on the incidence of occupational low back pain among nurses in China.Conclusion The incidence of occupational low back pain among nurses in China is relatively high.It is recommended that hospital managers and nurses themselves pay attention to it,take targeted intervention measures,improve the work environment,establish protective mechanisms,reduce the incidence of occupational low back pain among nurses,improve the quality of nursing,and ensure patient safety.
