医务人员危害药品的职业暴露与防护研究进展

摘要
医疗机构部分医务人员在工作过程中常与危害药品接触,由此引发的职业暴露问题备受关注.危害药品对医务人员的健康影响包括但不限于恶性肿瘤风险增加和不良生殖结局等.因此,本文综述了医务人员危害药品的职业暴露及防护的研究进展,主要包括职业暴露途径、职业暴露风险监测、危害药品对健康的影响、职业安全防护措施、安全处理危害药品的障碍和危害药品职业暴露安全管理政策,以期为今后危害药品防护研究的发展提供参考.
Abstract
Occupational exposure to hazardous drugs among certain medical personnel during their work processes has drawn considerable attention due to resulting health risks.The impact of hazardous drugs on the health of healthcare workers includes but are not limited to increased cancer risk and adverse reproductive outcomes.Therefore,this paper summarizes the research progress on occupational exposure and protection of hazardous drugs for medical personnel,mainly including occupational exposure pathways,monitoring of occupational exposure risks,the impact of hazardous drugs on health,occupational safety protection measures,barriers in the safe handling of hazardous drugs,and policies for the occupational exposure safety management of hazardous drugs,in order to provide reference for the future development of hazardous drug protection research.
