摘要
衰弱已经从单一强调身体衰弱发展为更为完善的涵盖身体衰弱、心理衰弱、认知衰弱、社会衰弱以及环境衰弱的多维度概念.本文从身体状况、心理状况、认知能力、社会支持以及居家环境5个维度进行综述,介绍目前研究中可用于多维度老年衰弱患者使用的评估量表.通过比较分析各类量表的基本特征和应用情况,医务人员可以此为参考依据,在评估老年衰弱患者时选择合适的量表对患者进行评估.
Abstract
Frailty has evolved from a single emphasis on physical frailty to a more comprehensive multidimensional concept encompasses physical frailty,psychological frailty,cognitive frailty,social frailty,and environmental frailty.This article provides a review of five dimensions:physical condition,psychological condition,cognitive ability,social support,and home environment,and introduces the assessment scales that can be used for multidimensional elderly patients with frailty in the current study.By comparing and analyzing the basic characteristics and application of various scales,medical staff can use this as a reference to select appropriate scales for evaluating elderly patients with frailty.
