摘要
慢性病具有病程时间长、治愈率低、容易反复发作等特点,会让患者长期处于高支出而低收入的状态,使经济毒性加重进而严重降低生活质量.本文对慢性病患者经济毒性的相关研究及其干预措施进行综述,旨在为优化护理决策提高患者治疗依从性从而降低经济毒性的不良影响提供参考.
Abstract
Chronic diseases have the characteristics of long duration of disease,low cure rate,easy recurrence,etc.,which will make patients in a state of high expenditure and low income for a long time,aggravate economic toxicity and seriously reduce the quality of life.This article reviews the relevant studies and intervention measures of economic toxicity in patients with chronic diseases,and provide references for optimizing nursing decisions to improve patients'treatment compliance and reduce the adverse effects of economic toxicity.
