通过测定对利血平所致大鼠脑组织中5-羟色胺（5-HT）、肾上腺素（NE）含量下降作用的影响，观察了太极通天液的作用，以探讨该制剂治疗偏头痛的某些作用机理。结果表明，该制剂对于利血平促脑组织5-HT、NE释放具有明显抑制作用。
Abstract
Taijitongtianye is a kind of oral liquid which consists of serveral kinds of Chinese herbal extracts, it can be used in treating migtaine. We observed the effects of Taijitongtianye on the release of 5-HT and NE induced by reserpine in rat brain. The results showed that the level of 5-HT and NE in rat brain in reserpine group is markedly lower than in Chinese group, Ttaijitongtianye could inhibited the release of 5-HT and NE stimulated by reserpine in rat brain markedly.
