Effect of Multi-Omics Combination on Treating Diabetic Kidney Disease with Chinese Medicine and Its Mechanism
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the most serious microvascular complications of diabetes,and its pathogenesis is highly com-plex,involving multiple in vivo pathways and extrarenal factors.Omics technology is a series of analysis technologies based on high-throughput sequencing and detection,mainly including proteomics,metabolomics,transcriptomics,and genomics.By reviewing the modern pharmacologi-cal research,it is found that although single-omics research deepens the understanding of the pathogenesis of DKD to a certain extent,it cannot fully clarify the multiplicity and correlation among the pathogenesis of DKD.The multi-omics combination integrates the data of different omics through complex pathways and networks,and reveals the regulatory relationship among each single omics,thus exploring the related mechanism of Chinese medicine intervention in the occurrence and development of DKD.The multi-omics combination provides possibilities for the development of new treatment strategies.This article discussed the effect of using single-omics technology and multi-omics combination on the treatment of DKD with Chinese medicine and the mechanism,thereby providing new ideas and new methods for clinical treatment of DKD.
