风热感冒临床表型组及药物表型组的构建与表型组学研究

摘要
随着中医药现代化的深入发展,新兴科学表型组学(Phenomics)已成为传统中医药融合现代医学的新研究范式.本文提出以中医证候为框架,结合现代医学对证候相关临床表型特征的共识,构建风热感冒临床表型组,并根据方证相应原则,建立大型"病证方"相结合的风热感冒临床表型组及银翘散药物表型组队列,进行多组学集合的表型组学研究的理论和方法.为中医证候的量化诊断和治疗以及临床疗效评价提供客观科学依据,最终实现风热感冒的精准防治.
Abstract
Amid the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the emerging phenomics has become a new paradigm for the integration of TCM with western medicine.This study described how to construct a clinical phenome of Fengre(风热f)cold(FRC)based on the TCM syndrome and the syndrome-related phenotypic characteristics in western medicine.In addition,a large phenomic cohort of clinical FRC phe-nome and Yinqiaosan(银翘散)pharmacophenome was established according to the TCM principle of prescription corresponding with syn-drome.The phenomics of these cohorts with integrated multi-omic approaches may lay a scientific basis for the quantitative diagnosis and treatment of TCM syndrome and the evaluation of clinical efficacy and ultimately precise prevention and treatment of FRC.
