治疗炎症性肠病的中药炮制共性探讨

中药炮制是中药用药的一大特色，炮制方法的不同可以对中药产生不同的作用效果，使其更加符合临床病证需要，充分发挥中药使用价值。炎症性肠病是病因不明，病患率在逐年增加的一种肠道疾病，近年来研究者从中医辨证、辨病、辨体质、等多方面为出发点，探究对炎症性肠病的治疗，取得了进一步的研究进展，中医药在炎症性肠病的治疗方面体现出独特的优势，但中药在用于炎症性疾病的治疗过程中，具有炮制品使用不明确、炮制增效研究缺乏重视等现状。因此，在通过归纳炎症性肠病的病因、治法及已有关于炎症性肠病炮制中药研究中，归纳认为炒制可以迎合炎症性肠病患者脾虚弱的特点，炮制辅料麦麸、灶心土、黄酒、食醋及米泔水等具有提升药效，增强"健脾"功用;中药在炮制后可以提升治疗炎症性肠病药效物质基础含量，达到提高中药治疗炎症性肠病的作用。
Processing Characteristics of Chinese Medicinal Materials for Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Processing is a key step in the production of Chinese medicinal materials.Different processing methods can produce different effects on the efficacy of Chinese medicinal materials,so that the materials can fully exert the therapeutic effects on the clinical treatment of diseases and syndromes.The incidence of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)with unknown etiology is increasing year by year.In recent years,researchers of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)have achieved progress in the treatment of IBD from the differentiation of syndromes,diseases,and pa-tient constitution.TCM demonstrates unique advantage in the treatment of IBD.However,some problems emerged,such as the unclear use of processed products and the lack of attention to the efficacy enhancement by processing.Therefore,by summarizing the etiology and therapies of IBD and the existing research on the processing of Chinese medicinal materials for IBD,we concluded that stir-frying can cater to the syn-drome of Pixu(脾虚)in IBD patients.The processing with excipients such as wheat bran,oven earth,rice wine,vinegar,and washing water of rice can improve the efficacy and enhance the function of Pi(脾).Processing can increase the content of pharmacodynamic components and further the efficacy of Chinese medicinal materials for the treatment of IBD.
