Analysis of Shock Animal Model Based on Clinical Characteristics in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine
Objective:Based on the clinical characteristics of shock in traditional Chinese and western medicine, this study aims to analyze and e-valuate the common modeling methods for shock with animals and their coincidence with clinical diagnostic criteria and to summarize the coin-cidence of the animal models with clinical characteristics, and the advantages and disadvantages of the models, which is expected to provide i-deas and a reference for improving shock animal model. Methods:The clinical diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine were established. The symptoms and indexes of various models developed with different methods were assigned and analyzed, and the coinci-dence with clinical features was assessed. Results:The symptoms of most models are more in line with the diagnostic criteria of western medi-cine.An appropriate animal model based on the combination of disease and syndrome can well reflect clinical,,and the characteristics of TCM syndromes should be emphasized in the development and improvement of shock animal models. Conclusion:The selection of experi-mental animals, controllability of factors, strength of single factor, combination of multiple factors, and application method with little independ-ent interference are crucial for the establishment of shock animal model. The modeling method should be more economical,efficient,repeat-able,and in line with the clinical manifestations in traditional Chinese and western medicine.
