从"毒损脑络"理论探讨牙龈卟啉单胞菌与阿尔茨海默病的相关性

摘要
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's Disease,AD)是一种与年龄有关的神经变性疾病,是全球老龄化背景下亟待解决的共同问题,迄今为止其发病机制尚未完全明确.近来有研究表示,牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas Gingivalis,P.g)与AD发病有密切关系.本文从"毒损脑络"理论出发,结合最近的研究进展,讨论牙龈卟啉单胞菌和AD发生的相关性,为AD等神经退行性疾病的中医治疗提供新思路.
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is an age-related neurodegenerative disease,which is a common problem to be solved urgently under the back-ground of global aging.So far,its pathogenesis has not been completely clear.Recently,studies have shown that Porphyromonas gingivalis(P.g)is closely related to the pathogenesis of AD.This paper,based on the theory of"toxin damaging brain collaterals"and in combination with recent research progress,discussed the correlation between P.g and AD,aiming to provide a new idea for the treatment of AD and other neurodegenerative diseases.
