摘要
鲜药作为一种独特的中药应用形式在疾病治疗中有着不可替代的地位,本文通过查阅文献总结现阶段在实验研究和临床中常使用的鲜药及常用鲜药治疗的疾病,对高频中药临床应用,鲜、干中药的成分、作用、用量进行分析,得出常用鲜药及鲜药常治疗疾病,提出现阶段鲜药发展存在的问题主要在于定义不统一、剂量不明确、成分研究较少、保存及运输不当、如何推动经济、缺少鲜药相关疾病的基础药效、鲜药制剂研究、等.
Abstract
Fresh medicinal herbs play an irreplaceable role in the treatment of diseases.By reviewing the relevant papers,we summarized the fresh medicinal herbs and the diseases commonly treated with fresh medicinal herbs in experimental research and clinical practice,and analyzed the chemical components,mechanisms of action,and doses of fresh and dried medicinal herbs.Furthermore,we proposed that the problems in the development of fresh medicinal herbs mainly lied in the inconsistent definition,unclear dose,insufficient research on the active ingredients,im-proper preservation and transportation,unclear marketing measures,and lack of research on the basic efficacy and formulation.
