目的:研究杏芩感咳颗粒的止咳、平喘、祛痰、抗炎、抗过敏、免疫调节等药效作用,为后期临床研究提供实验依据.方法:采用氨水引咳小鼠、柠檬酸引咳豚鼠、脂多糖诱导肺部急性炎症小鼠模型、鸡卵蛋白致敏气道高反应小鼠模型、大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应以及小鼠酚红气管排泌试验、二甲苯致耳廓肿胀试验、淋巴细胞增殖试验,灌胃给予动物杏芩感咳颗粒水溶液,测定各项实验指标评价其药效.结果:与模型对照组比较,杏芩感咳颗粒组动物的咳嗽次数显著减少,咳嗽潜伏期及引喘潜伏期显著增加;气道酚红排泌量明显增加;耳廓肿胀率显著降低;皮肤过敏反应蓝斑直径显著降低;脾淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞以及T淋巴细胞增殖明显增强(P<0.05或P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,杏芩感咳颗粒组动物的肺指数、肺组织水肿程度以及MDA含量明显下降,肺组织结构破坏与炎症细胞浸润情况得到明显改善;气道阻力显著降低,细支气管痉挛收缩、肺气肿、气管及血管周围炎症细胞浸润得到改善(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:杏芩感咳颗粒具有止咳、平喘、祛痰作用,能抑制肺组织氧化应激反应,从而减轻肺部炎症反应,具有抗过敏、抗炎作用,能够减轻肺内细支气管痉挛,改善肺通气功能,对机体细胞免疫和体液免疫有调节作用.
Efficacy of Xingqinganke(杏芩感咳)Granules
Objective:To study the effects of Xingqinganke(杏芩感咳)Granules,including cough and asthma relieving,anti-inflammation,anti-al-lergy,and immune-regulation,so as to provide an experimental basis for further clinical research.Methods:The cough model of mice was in-duced by ammonia,and the cough model of the guinea pig was induced by citric acid.The model of mice with acute lung inflammation was in-duced by lipopolysaccharides.The model of mice with airway hyper-responsiveness and the model of mice with passive skin allergy were in-duced by ovalbumin.Phenol red tracheal secretion experiment,xylene-induced ear swelling test,and lymphocyte proliferation test of mice were performed.Animals were orally administrated with an aqueous solution of Xingqinganke Granules,and then experimental indicators were de-tected to evaluate the effects of Xingqinganke Granules.Results:Compared with that in the blank control group,the number of coughs was re-duced in the Xingqinganke Granule group,and the cough incubation period and asthma incubation period were significantly increased.The se-cretion of phenol red in the airway was increased,and the ear swelling rate was reduced.The locus caeruleus diameter induced by skin allergy was greatly reduced,and the proliferation of splenic lymphocyte,B lymphocyte,and T lymphocyte was enhanced significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with those in the model control group,the lung index,degree of edema in lung tissue,and MDA content were reduced in the Xingqinganke Granule group,and the structural destruction in lung tissue and the infiltration of inflammatory cells were improved.The airway resistance was greatly reduced,and the bronchospasm,contraction,emphysema,and infiltration of inflammatory cells around the trachea and blood vessels were improved(P<O.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Xingqinganke Granules have the effects of cough and asthma relieving and phlegm elimination,and they can inhibit the oxidative stress response of lung tissue,thereby reducing lung inflammation response.They also have anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects and can enhance the cellular immunity and humoral immunity of the body by inhibiting bron-chiolar spasms in the lung and improving pulmonary ventilation function.
