Research Progress on the Mechanisms of Apitherapy-Related Drugs in the Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease
Alzheimer's disease is an age-related neurodegenerative disorder that is caused by multiple factors.The current drug treatments for Alzheimer's disease have been unsatisfactory.Therefore,there is an urgent need to find drugs that can target the various underlying mecha-nisms of its pathology and reduce the occurrence and progression.Apitherapy-related drugs have shown promising therapeutic effects for Alzheimer's disease.This article provided an overview of the mechanisms of apitherapy-related drugs in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease in recent years,aiming to provide references for further research in this area.
