摘要

肥胖是许多慢性疾病的独立危险因素,近年来,肥胖发生率逐年攀升,严重危害到人体健康.中医药防治肥胖广泛应用于临床,效果显著,但其作用机制并不明确.线粒体能量代谢与肠道菌群均是维持人体健康的重要部分,近年来研究表明二者存在交互作用,且调控线粒体能量代谢-肠道菌群对肥胖的防治具有重要意义.本文首先总述了肥胖与线粒体能量代谢-肠道菌群的关系,并深入探讨了二者的交互作用,而后基于这种交互作用对中药方剂分证型及中药提取物防治肥胖的作用进行总结,期望为中医药防治肥胖的作用提供新的靶点及理论依据.

Abstract

Obesity is an independent risk factor for many chronic diseases.In recent years,the incidence of obesity has increased year by year,seri-ously endangering human health.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the prevention and treatment of obesity is widely used in clinical practice and has remarkable results,but its mechanism of action is not clear.Mitochondrial energy metabolism and intestinal flora are both im-portant parts of maintaining human health.In recent years,studies have shown that there is an interaction between them,and the regulation of mitochondrial energy metabolism-intestinal flora is of great significance for the prevention and control of obesity.This paper first reviewed the relationship between obesity and mitochondrial energy metabolism-intestinal flora,further explored their interaction,and then based on this in-teraction,summarized the effects of Chinese medicinal prescriptions according to types of syndrome and Chinese medicinal extracts on obesity prevention and treatment,hoping to provide new targets and a theoretical basis for the effects of TCM on obesity prevention and treatment.
