有效治疗过敏性鼻炎的植物提取物及其作用机理研究进展

过敏性鼻炎(Allergic rhinitis,AR)是临床常见且多发的呼吸道慢性疾病,一旦患病严重影响身心健康,有效药物的研发一直是AR研究的热点和难点。西医通常采用抗组胺药、鼻喷激素、抗白三烯药物治疗AR,但容易产生耐药性和依赖性。中医则采用玉屏风颗粒等中成药结合针灸、穴位按摩等中医特色疗法进行治疗,但见效慢。中西医结合能有效避免单纯中医或西医治疗带来的诸多弊端,是目前治疗AR的首选,这其中,植物提取物的作用显得越发重要,并取得较多新的研究成果。笔者对AR致病机制研究进行了总结,并从植物分类、入药部位、提取方法、用药浓度、方剂组成、物质基础及作用机理等方面对单味药用植物提取物和多味植物组合提取物治疗AR进行了归纳,对研究中存在的问题进行了探讨和展望,以期为治疗AR植物制剂的开发提供参考。
Advances in Research on Plant Extracts for Effective Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis and Their Mechanisms
Allergic rhinitis(AR)is a clinically common and frequent chronic respiratory disease.Once the disease outbreaks,it seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.Therefore,the research and development of effective drugs have always been the focus and difficul-ty of AR research.Western medicine usually uses antihistamines,nasal spray hormones,and anti-leukotrienes to treat AR,but it is easy to de-velop drug resistance and dependence.Traditional Chinese medicine uses Chinese patent medicine,such as Yupingfeng granules,in combina-tion with acupuncture,acupoint massage,and other traditional Chinese characteristic therapies to treat AR,but the effect is slow.The combi-nation of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can effectively avoid many disadvantages brought by traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine during AR treatment,and it is the first choice for treating AR at present.Specifically,the role of plant extracts is becom-ing more and more important,and many new research achievements have been made.The author summarizes the research on AR pathogenic mechanism and concludes the treatment of AR by single medicinal plant extracts and combined extracts of multiple plants in terms of plant classification,medicinal part,extraction method,drug concentration,prescription composition,material basis,and mechanism,and the existing problems in the research are discussed and prospected,so as to provide a reference for the development of botanicals for treating AR.
