摘要
向日葵Helianthus annuus L.是我国主要的油料作物之一,种植面积居世界第六位.目前,对葵花籽的研究比较深入,而对葵花盘的研究才刚刚起步.葵花盘通常作为副产品而得不到有效利用,大部分被丢弃、焚烧或用于牲畜饲料,造成了资源的极大浪费并降低了其综合利用价值.随着科学技术的发展,研究发现葵花盘本身具有丰富的生物活性物质和广泛的药理作用.葵花盘富含挥发油类、黄酮类、绿原酸、果胶、粗蛋白等营养物质,可作为这些活性物质的提取原料.葵花盘具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抑菌、抗痛风等作用,因此具有十分广阔的应用前景.本文主要通过对葵花盘的生物活性成分、药理作用以及影响活性成分的主要因素等最新研究进行综述,旨在为葵花盘活性成分的深入研究与功能产品开发提供科学参考.
Abstract
Sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) is one of the major oilseed crops in China,ranking sixth in terms of cultivation area worldwide.Cur-rently,research on sunflower seeds is quite extensive,while research on sunflower plate is just beginning.Sunflower plate is typically consid-ered a by-product and is not effectively utilized,with the majority being discarded,incinerated,or used as animal feed.This leads to signifi-cant waste of resources and reduces its comprehensive utilization value.With the development of science and technology,it has been discov-ered that the sunflower plate contains abundant bioactive substances and has a wide range of pharmacological effects.The sunflower plate is rich in volatile oils,flavonoids,chlorogenic acid,pectin,crude protein,and other nutrients,making it a valuable source for extracting these ac-tive compounds.The sunflower plate exhibits antioxidant,anti-tumor,antibacterial,and anti-gout activities,with broad prospects for its appli-cations.This article reviewed the latest research on the bioactive components,pharmacological effects,and major factors influencing the active compounds in the sunflower plate,aiming to provide scientific references for further research on the active components of the sunflower plate and the development of functional products.
