不同产地川芎药材HPLC指纹图谱的研究

目的:建立川芎药材的HPLC指纹图谱,考察不同产地川芎的药材质量.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-冰醋酸水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长为322nm.结果:建立的指纹图谱共确定了8个共有峰,结果稳定,重复性好.结论:用该方法建立的川芎药材的指纹图谱,对川芎药材的质量控制是可行的.
Fingerprint of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort from Different Habitats by High-performance Liquid Chromatography
Objective :To investigate the quality of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. from different areas. Methods: HPLC method was adopted with a mixture of CH3OH as the mobile phase and with a wavelength at 322nm. Results: The HPLC fingerprints of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. has been established and the result is stable. Conclusion: The fingerprint can be used for quality control of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort.
