八仙花中酚酸类化学成分的结构鉴定

目的:分离、鉴定八仙花提取物中的酚酸类化学成分.方法:采用硅胶柱、ODS开放柱和制备液相等色谱方法分离,并通过NMR和MS等谱学技术确定结构.结果与结论:从八仙花提取物中分离得到6个酚酸类化合物,分别为香草醛(1),异香草醛(2),异香草酸甲酯(3),9-甲氧基-异丁香酚(4),香豆酸甲酯(5),对羟基苯甲醛(6).
Study on Chemical Constituents from the Hydrangea macrophylla (Thunb.) Ser
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of the extract from the Hydrangea macrophylla (Thunb. ) Ser. Methods; The chemical constituents were isolated by various isolation methods ( silica gel, ODS and HPLC column chromatography) and their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data ( NMR and MS). Results and Con-clusion : Six compounds were obtained and elucidated as following: vanillin ( 1 ) , isovanillin (2) , isovanillic acid methyl ester (3 ) , 9 - methoxy - isoeugenol (4 ) , methyl - p - coumarate ( 5) , 4 - hydroxybenzaldehyde (6 ).
