通冠胶囊治疗冠心病作用机制的实验研究

摘要
目的:通过动物实验观察通冠胶囊对实验性兔急性心肌缺血内皮功能及血脂的影响,以期阐明该方药治疗冠心病的药效学机制.方法:实验动物随机分为5组,通过结扎麻醉兔的冠状动脉左前降支中段,造成急性心肌缺血模型,采用比色法测定NO、NOS,直接法测定LDL-C.结果:急性心肌缺血时,血清NO、NOS水平下降,LDL明显升高,通冠胶囊可以提高血清NO、NOS浓度,降低LDL-C水平.结论:通冠胶囊有提高血清NO、NOS,拮抗LDL-C的作用,保护血管内皮细胞,降低血脂,改善心肌缺血,从而达到防治冠心病的作用.
Abstract
Objective: In this experimental study,the effect of Tongguan Capsule was observed on function of the en dothelial cell and lipidemia in acute mycocardial ischemic of rabbits in order to illuminate pharmacodynamic mechanism of Tongguan Capsule to prevent and cure coronary heart disease. Methods: The rabbits were randomly divided into five groups. The animal model of acute myocardial isechemia was reproduced in left anterior decending branch. The serum NO, NOS were determined by colorimetry,The serum LDL - C was determined by directmetry. Results: As the time of occulu-sion extended,the serum NO and NOS granually decreased and LDL - C granually increased. Significantly, the Tongguan Granulae can increase the level of NO and NOS and decrease the level of LDL - C . Conclusion: The Tongguan Grannulae can incease the level of NO, NOS and decrease the level of LDL - C in acute myocardial ischemia of rabbits, may play a role in protencting the endothenial cell and decrease lipidemia, perfect myocardial ischemia,thus prevent and cure coronary heart disease.
