Research on Biotransformation Probability of Waste Residue of Chinese Herbs
Objective: To discuss the reused value and biofransformation probability of the waste residue of Chinese herbs. Methods:Pinggu( bacterial filament) was cultivated in mediums with different concentration of the waste residue of Chinese herbs. Then the growth condition of Pinggu colony was observed. Results: The mycelia of Pinggu could grow on this type of culture medium. Its biotransformation rate was higher in the culture medium with residue concentration 50%. Conclusion:The biotransformation of Chinese residue is probable and has a great value in practical bacterium cultivation.
