摘要
目的:揭示"七情内伤五脏"所致常见证侯的脉象信息特征,探索病因病机、脉象、证候之间的相关性,对情志因素所致证候的客观化诊断进行初步的探索.方法:将102例因情志异常致病的患者,分为肝郁气滞、肝火炽盛、肾气不足、痰蒙心神4个证型组,并与25例正常组作对照,利用DY-SS-1型三探头中医脉诊仪,根据中医寸口诊法三部九候的基本要求,同时检测并记录受试者两手寸、关、尺六部脉象的变化,并采用独诊法与辨证法相结合的中医脉象信息分析方法进行综合分析与判断.结果:实验各组与正常人群组在异常脉象检出率上的比较有显著差异(P<0.05),脉象变异程度及多部异常改变与患者病程的长短、病情轻重及其预后关系密切.结论:通过DY-SS-1型三探头中医脉诊仪及中医特色的脉象信息分析方法,可以观察情志因素所致证候的脉象信息特征;初步验证了部分情志异常伤及脏腑的对应性,揭示了病因病机、脉象、证候之间的相关性,对情志疾病的中医客观化诊断及辨证论治具有一定的参考价值.
Abstract
Objective: To reveal the characteristics of pulse condition of patterns caused by seven emotions and to investigate the relationship among cause of disease, mechanism of disease, pulse condition and patterns. Methods: One hundred and two cases were divided into four goups: pattern of liver depression and qi stagnation, intense liver fire pattern, kidney qi deficiency pattern, and pattern of phlegm clouding the heart spirit, and twenty - five people were selected as control group, we used DY - SS -1 detective system of pulse condition, which had three probes and was designed according to traditional Chinese medicine, to examine .record and analyze the messages of cun.guanand chi of two hands. Results: Significant difference was found between sufferers and controls in the rate of examining abnormal pulse conditions ( P < 0.05). abnormal degree and quantity of pulse conditions were closely related to the course of disease,patients condition and prognosis. Conclusion: Using DY - SS - 1 detective system of pulse condition, we can reveal the characteristics of patterns caused by seven emotions and find the relationship among cause of disease, mechanism of disease, pulse condition and patterns,which are beneficial to objective diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation and treatment.
