Objective: Inquiring into the dosage of restraining immunity in Tripteryglum wilfordii through observing the effect of Tripteryglum wilfordii on immunity of mice. Method: Take the Physiological Saline as blank group,and the cyclophosphamide as the controlgroup, select active constituent form Tripteryglum wilfordii and the materials extracted by bghtpetroleum, ethyl acetate, ethanol by the way of pharmacology. We study the effect of Tripteryglum wilfordii on normal mice by observing the following these indexes such as this model mice general action,mice abdominal cavity macrophages function of deglutition,the pathological changes of thymusand spleen. Results: Thebigdosage of Tripteryglum wilfordii ex-tractfrom ethylacetate and ethanol have the best effect on restraining immunity,the same ascyclophosphamidc,the small dosage of them also have the effect on enhancing the abdominalcavity macrophages flmction of deglutition. Conclusion: The effect of Tripteryglum wilfordii Oil restraining immunity related with the dosage.
