Objective: To establish a GC method for determination of Eugenol in Qianglong Yishen Capsule.Methods:The analysis was performed on capillary column of Agilent DB -WAX (30.0m × 0.53 mm, 1.00μm) ,with FID detector,using nitrogen as carrier gas.The column temperature was 210℃ ,The injector temperature was set at 220℃ and the detector temperature was 250℃.The split ratio was 5 : 1.Results: The linearity was good for Eugenol within the range of 0.01321 ～0.42272μg, r =0.999 4,The average recovery of butanone was 98.31％ ,RSD =0.95％.Conclusion: The method is simple ,rapid,accurate and can be used to control the quality of Qianglong Yishen capsule.
