摘要
目的:编制糖尿病性视网膜病变中医证素评定量表.方法:采用反应度法、t检验法、相关分析法、因子分析法对条目进行联合筛选,有2种以上方法提示需要被删除的条目将考虑删除,再结合专业知识及专家意见,得到既有统计学支持又符合中医理论及临床实际的条目.结果:研制出包含49项条目的糖尿病性视网膜病变中医证素评定量表.结论:该量表在符合中医理论的原则下,其条目均按严格的程序筛选得出,具有较好的敏感性、独立性、代表性、内部一致性和稳定性.
Abstract
To develop a syndrome element scale for diabetic retinopathy. Method: Responsiveness analysis, t test, correlation analysis and factor analysis were used in item selection. If more than 2 methods indicated that the item would be deleted, this item would be deemed as useless firstly. But the final test scale would be formed according to the outcome of statistic analysis, theory of TCM and some experts'opinions. Resuits; The syndrome element scale for DR included 14 domains (syndrome element) ,and 49 items were remained which had been selected by different methods. Conclusion-.The items developed on the strict procedure have good sensitivity,independence,representativity,internal consistency and stability.
