银耳、麦冬、燕麦多糖的抗氧化活性及吸湿保湿性能研究

目的:评价银耳、麦冬、燕麦多糖的体外抗氧化能力及吸湿保温能力.方法:以水提醇沉得到的多糖为材料,对银耳、麦冬、燕麦多糖的保温吸湿性能进行评价,并通过DPPH自由基清除实验、铁氰化钾还原实验和亚铁离子螯合实验等体外抗氧化评价体积测定其体外抗氧化能力.结果:麦冬多糖具有很好的吸湿保湿性能,银耳多糖具有很好的清除DPPH自由基能力,麦冬多糖具有很好的还原能力.结论:本实验为银耳、麦冬、燕麦多糖开发成保健品或化妆品提供了一定的理论依据.
To explore the antioxidant activity, moisture - absorbing and moisture - retention properties of polysaccharides from Tremella, oat and Ophiopogon Japonicus. Methods-.The antioxidant activities of 3 polysaccharides were evaluated by determining their scavenging activities on 2,2 - diphenyl -1 - picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)and their reducing and chelating powers. The moisture retention activities were also evaluated by controlling the relative humidity and compared with glycerol. Results:Polysaccharides from Ophiopogon Japonicus exhibited the strongest moisture - absorbing and moisture - retention rates and reducing power. Meanwhile, polysaccharides from Tremella also exhibited stronger scavenging activity on DPPH free radicals. Conclusion:Polysaccharides from Tremella,oat and Ophiopogon Japonicus can be used as a good additive in functional food and cosmetics.
