多倍体与八倍体半夏中草酸钙晶体含量的测定

目的:测定多倍体(十六倍体)半夏和八倍体半夏原球茎以及块茎中草酸钙晶体的含量.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以0.5%磷酸水溶液为流动相,以草酸为对照品,测定多倍体半夏和八倍体半夏中草酸钙晶体的含量.结果:多倍体半夏原球茎和块茎中草酸钙晶体的含量分别为(2.799±0.017)%和(1.375±0.037)%,八倍体半夏原球茎和块茎中草酸钙晶体含量分为为(1.136 ±0.028)%和(1.924±0.05)%.结论:半夏原球茎和块茎中均含有较高含量的草酸钙晶体,与八倍体半夏相比,多倍体半夏块茎中的草酸钙晶体明显比八倍体半夏低.
Abstract
Objective:To determine the content of Calcium Oxalate in protocorm and tuber of octoploid and polyploid (hexadecaploid) Pinellia.Methods:To determine the content of Calcium Oxalate in octoploid and polyploid Pinellia by HPLC method with 0.5% Phosphoric Acid as mobile phase and oxalic acid as standard preparation.Results:The content of Calcium Oxalate in protocorm of polyploid Pinellia was (2.799 ± 0.017) % while (1.375 ± 0.037) % in tubers,there were (1.136 ± 0.028)% Calcium Oxalate in protocorm of octoploid Pinellia while (1.924 ± 0.05)% in tubers.Conclusion:There is high content of Calcium Oxalate in protocorm and tuber of Pinellia,compared with octoploid Pinellia,the tubers of polyploid Pinellia has lowest content of Calcium Oxalate.
