炙甘草汤君药辨析

摘要
为探究炙甘草汤的君药及其理论依据,首先对古今中外各家之说进行梳理和辨析.以《黄帝内经》、《八十一难》、《神农本草经》为凭,用让仲景诠释仲景之法,揆《伤寒杂病论》用甘草124方中有关炙甘草之用进行了重点研析,做出了君药炙甘草的作用真谛为——“甘缓”缓急,缓心之急,是缓心神之急而缓急止悸,以治“心动悸”之标急的结论.同时指出了炙甘草“甘缓”缓急,不止于缓心之急,更在于缓众病之急而“主五脏六腑寒热邪气”.
Abstract
To explore the monarch-ingredient in honey-fried licorice root decoction and its theoretical basis,it summarized and analyzed the theories of different schools in all ages.Based on Huangdi Neijing (Huangdiˊs Canon on Medicine),Eighty-one Nan,Shengnong Bencao Jing(Shengnongˊs Canon of Materia Medica),it analyzed selectively the usage of licorice root in 124 prescriptions in Shanghan Zabing Lun.And it could be concluded that the true function of honey-fried licorice root is " sweet moderating".It could therapy the palpitation through moderating the function of heart or the state of mind.Whatˊs more,Licorice root not only moderates the function of heart but also moderates the disorder of other zang and fu organs,removes the cold and heat pathogenic factors of five-zang organs and six-fu organs.
