青钱柳药材HPLC指纹图谱的研究

目的:建立青钱柳药材的HPLC指纹图谱,为其质量评价提供理论依据.方法:采用RP-HPLC法.色谱柱为Merck C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,体积流量:1.0 mL·min-,柱温:35℃,检测波长:245 nm.用国家药典委员会“相似度评价软件(2004A)”处理分析,建立青钱柳药材的HPLC指纹图谱.结果:确立了32个共有峰的共有模式,10个批次青钱柳样品指纹图谱各色谱峰的分离较好,符合指纹图谱检测要求.结论:本研究所建立的方法可靠、简便易行,为青钱柳药材的质量控制提供了科学依据.
HPLC Fingerprint of Leaves of Cyclocarya Paliurus
Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprint of Cyclocarya paliurus and provide a theoretical basis for its quality evaluation.Methods:By using RP-HPLC method,column chromatography was Merck C18 column (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm),acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution gradient elution by flow volume of 1.0 mL · min-1,column temperature at 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength at 245 nm.With the State Pharmacopoeia Commission Similarity Evaluation Software (2004A) processing and analysis,establish Cyclocarya paliurus HPLC fingerprint.Results:There were 32 common peaks.The fingerprint chromatography of 10 batches of cyclocarya paliurus were better,in line with the fingerprint.Conclusions:This method is simple and reliable and it provides a scientific basis for the quality control of Cyclocarya paliurus.
