摘要
目的:观察金匮肾气丸治疗痛风性肾病疗效.方法:60例痛风性肾病患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例.两组患者在控制饮食、大量饮水同时予别嘌醇片100 mg,3次/日(急性期),缓解期100 mg,1次/d(缓解期),治疗组在此基础上再予金匮肾气丸5 g内服,2次/d,对照组不给予.观察两组患者治疗后患者的血沉、血尿酸、血肌酐、尿素氮、24h尿蛋白量、白细胞计数和中性粒细胞百分比以及不良反应等.结果:治疗组总有效率90.6％,对照组总有效率65.6％,治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05);两组患者治疗后ESR、UA水平均较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),两组组间比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05);治疗组在治疗后患者Scr、BUN、24hu-TP均较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),对照组治疗后患者Scr、BUN、24hu-TP较前无明显降低(P＞0.05),两组Scr、BUN、24hu-TP组间比较,治疗组指标均较对照组有统计学差异(P＜0.05);两组在治疗后WBC、N％水平与治疗前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),但两组组间比较均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗组不良反应率(6.25％)低于对照组(28.13％),差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:金匮肾气丸治疗痛风性肾病安全有效.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Jinkui Shenqi Pill treating gouty nephropathy.Methods:Sixty gouty nephropathy patients were divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases randomly.Two groups controlled the diet and at the same time were given allopurinol tablets 100 mg orally,three times a day in acute stage and 100 mg orally once a day in remittent stage.The treatment group were given Jinkui Shenqi Pill 5 g orally twice a day again.Observe two groups'indexes after treatment,such as ESR,UA,Scr,BUN,24 hu-TP,WBC and N％ and untoward effects.Results:Total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.6％ while control group's was 65.6％.The treatment group was superior to control group(P ＜0.05).ESR and UA levels after treatment in both groups were reduced before treatment(P ＜0.05) but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P ＞0.05).After treatment,treatment group's Scr,BUN and 24 hu-TP were significantly reduced than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05) while those of the control group were not(P ＞ 0.05).The treatment group was better than control group(P ＜ 0.05).WBC and N％ after treatment in both groups were reduced after treatment(P ＜ 0.05) but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P ＞ 0.05).The rate of treatment group's adverse reactions was 6.25 ％ and the control group's 28.13 ％ (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions:Jinkui Shenqi Pill in the treatment of gouty nephropathy is safe and effective.
