摘要

大黄素是中药大黄中一种蒽醌类活性单体,具有显著的抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒、抗菌、保护肝肾等多种药理作用,广泛应用于肝癌、肺癌、结肠炎、胰腺炎等疾病的治疗.大黄素药理活性广泛,但存在溶解性差,广泛代谢、生物利用度低等问题,未能实现临床转化.针对这一问题国内外学者使用纳米粒、脂质纳米颗粒、金属配合物等新剂型技术,提高大黄素的溶解度和生物利用度,赋予其靶向性、缓释性等特性,以适用临床.通过检索PubMed、SCI-HUB等数据库中大黄素药理作用和新剂型的相关文献,进行归纳总结,对大黄素药理作用和新剂型的研究进展进行综述,为进一步开展大黄素的新剂型研究提供参考.

Abstract

Emodin is an anthraquinone active monomer in traditional Chinese medicine Dahuang(rhubarb).It has significant anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-viral,anti-bacterial,liver and kidney protection and other pharmacological effects.It is widely used in the treatment of liver cancer,lung cancer,colitis,pancreatitis and other diseases.Emodin has a wide range of pharmacological activities,but it has many problems such as poor solubility,wide metabolism and low bioavailability,and has not been able to achieve clinical transformation.To solve this problem,scholars at home and abroad have used new formulation technologies such as nanoparticles,lipid nanoparticles and metal complexes to improve the solubility and bioavailability of emodin and endow it with characteristics such as targeting and sustained release for clinical application.In this paper,the relevant litera-tures on the pharmacological effects and new dosage forms of emodin were retrieved from PubMed,SCI-HUB and other databas-es to summarize and review the research progress on the pharmacological effects and new dosage forms of emodin,in order to pro-vide a reference for further research on new dosage forms of emodin.
