乌梅对神经退行性疾病的保护作用研究进展

摘要
神经退行性疾病是21世纪威胁人类的世界性卫生保健难题,其发病率逐年增高且目前缺乏有效的治疗药物.乌梅是亚洲国家常用的最古老的草药和保健食品之一,含有多种活性成分如有机酸类、黄酮类、多糖类等,具有多靶点、多通路的神经保护作用,如抗氧化应激、线粒体保护、抗炎、抗血小板聚集等多种药理作用.乌梅在防治阿尔茨海默病、血管性痴呆、帕金森病等神经退行性疾病中展现出了良好的应用前景.综述国内外有关乌梅发挥神经保护作用的活性成分、作用机制及治疗神经退行性疾病的研究进展,旨在为乌梅在神经退行性疾病的治疗提供新的研究思路.
Abstract
Neurodegenerative diseases are global public health problems that seriously affect the quality of human life in the 21st century.The incidence of neurodegenerative diseases is increasing year by year and currently there is a lack of effective ther-apeutic drugs.Wumei(Mume Fructus)is one of the oldest herbal and health foods commonly used in Asian countries.It contains a variety of active ingredients such as organic acids,flavonoids and polysaccharides.It has multi-target,multi-pathway neuro-protective effects,such as anti-oxidative stress,mitochondrial protection,anti-inflammatory and anti-platelet aggregation.Wumei(Mume Fructus)shows a good application prospect in the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease,vascular dementia and Parkinson's disease.This paper reviewed the research on the active components and neuroprotective mechanism of Wumei(Mume Fructus)in treating various neurodegenerative diseases at home and abroad,in order to provide new research ideas for the clinical treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
