Effect of Consciousness-Restoring and Orifice-Opening Acupuncture Intervention Timing on Recovery of Limb Dysfunction in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的 分析醒脑开窍针刺介入时机对脑梗死患者肢体功能障碍恢复的影响.方法 采用随机数字表法将广州中医药大学顺德医院2021年3月—2022年8月收诊的86例脑梗死患者分为两组,两组均在常规治疗基础上予以醒脑开窍针刺疗法,观察组(43例)在发病后48 h内开始介入针刺疗法,对照组(43例)则在生命体征稳定48 h后开始介入针刺疗法,对比两组疗效差异、神经功能及肢体功能变化、血清S-100β蛋白含量等.结果 观察组治疗总有效率95.35％(41/43)比对照组74.42％(32/43)高(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer 运动功能量表(Fugl-Meyer,FMA)、Berg 平衡量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)、生活质量评估表(SS-QOL)评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05);疗后两组血清S-100β蛋白含量均有所降低,且观察组水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 早介入醒脑开窍针刺治疗对脑梗死患者效果明确,优于晚介入针刺疗法,可有效改善患者神经功能、促进肢体功能恢复,对提高患者生活质量及预后改善具有重要意义.
Objective To analyze the effect of consciousness-restoring and orifice-opening acupuncture intervention timing on the recovery of limb dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-six patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to August 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method.Both groups received consciousness-restoring and orifice-opening acupuncture therapy on the basis of conventional treatment.Interventional acupuncture therapy was started within 48 hours onset,while 43 patients in the control group started interventional acupuncture therapy after the vital signs were stable for 48 hours.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35％(41/43),which was higher than 74.42％(32/43)in the control group(P＜0.05).Serum S-100β protein content in both groups decreased after treatment,and the level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Early intervention of consciousness-restoring and orifice-opening acupuncture has a clear effect on pa-tients with cerebral infarction,which is better than that of late intervention acupuncture.It can effectively improve the recovery of nerve function and limb function of patients,and is of great significance to improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients.
