基于热敏通道的辛味中药止痛原理探析

一些辛味中药具有止痛功效,具有寒温之分,用于治疗热痛或寒痛.热敏通道(thermoTRP channels)是寒温感受器,也是伤害感受器,在感觉神经中表达.超出生理范围的寒热以疼痛方式报警,这是热痛与寒痛的分子见解.辛味是植物对动物的驱离警告,它们敏化热敏通道,产生疼痛,分为热痛和寒痛.持续刺激,使得热敏通道对辛味的刺激不再敏感,疼痛信号减弱或消退从而产生止痛效果.辛味中药对热敏通道的脱敏是其止痛的基本原理.总结了主要热敏通道:瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型 1(transient receptor potential vanilloid 1,TRPV1)、瞬时受体电位 melastatin 亚型 8(transient receptor potential melastatin 8,TRPM8)、瞬时受体电位锚蛋白 1(transient receptor potential ankyrin 1,TRPA1)的中药调节剂,阐释其止痛的分子原理.
Some pungent herbs have analgesic effects and are divided into cold and warm types,and are used to treat heat pain or cold pain.ThermoTRP channels are cold and warm receptors,as well as nociceptors,expressed in sensory nerves.Cold and heat beyond the physiological range alarm in a painful way,which is the molecular insight of heat pain and cold pain.The pungent taste is a warning that plants drive away animals,and they sensitize ThermoTRP channels to produce pain,which can be divided into heat pain and cold pain.Continuous stimulation makes ThermoTRP channels no longer sensitive to pungent stimula-tion,and the pain signal weakens or subsides,resulting in analgesic effect.The desensitization of ThermoTRP channels by pun-gent herbs is the basic principle of its pain relief.It summarized some TCM regulators of ThermoTRP Channels(TRPV1,TRPM8,TRPA1)and explained the molecular mechanism of their pain relief.
