摘要
枸杞是一种药食两用药材,被广泛应用于保健食品的加工中.研究表明其含有多糖类、黄酮类、花色苷类、原花青素类、生物碱类等多种化学成分,且具有免疫调节、抗衰老、降糖调脂、降压、抗肿瘤等药理作用.通过对枸杞的主要化学成分和药理作用进行综述,在此基础上,结合质量标志物(Q-marker)理论的研究思路,从传统功效、植物亲缘学、化学成分有效性等方面进行枸杞质量标志物预测,为枸杞的进一步开发利用提供科学依据.
Abstract
Gouqi(Lycium barbarum)is a kind of plant with dual use of medicine and food,and is widely used in health food processing.Studies show that it contains polysaccharide,flavonoids,anthocyanins,procyanidins,alkaloids and other chemical components.It contains various chemical components such as polysaccharides,flavonoids,anthocyanins,proanthocyanidins and alkaloids,and has pharmacological effects such as immune regulation,anti-aging,hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering,antihyper-tensive and anti-tumor effects.This article reviewed the main chemical components and pharmacological effects of Gouqi(Lyci-um barbarum).Based on this,combined with the research ideas of quality marker(Q-marker)theory,it predicted the Q-markers of Gouqi(Lycium barbarum)from traditional efficacy,plant phylogeny,chemical component effectiveness and other as-pects,providing scientific basis for the further development and utilization of Gouqi(Lycium barbarum).
