Research Progress on Chemical Components and Pharmacological Activity of Guangdong Zizhu(Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun)and Prediction Analysis of Q-Marker
Guangdong Zizhu(Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun)has a long history of drug use.In recent years,with the deepening of the research on Guangdong Zizhu(Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun),its rich chemical components and pharmaco-logical activities have been gradually excavated.At present,phenylethanol glycosides,flavonoids,terpenoids,volatile oils and oth-er chemical components have been found,which have anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,heart protection and other pharmacological effects.It has good therapeutic effects and it is the monarch drug for anti uterine inflammation preparations.There is a large mar-ket demand,but its quality control system is incomplete,and mixed-use is not conducive to development,so it is urgent to im-prove the quality evaluation system.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the quality evaluation system.This study re-viewed the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Guangdong Zizhu(Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun)and com-bined the concept of quality markers(Q-markers)to predict and analyze its quality markers from multiple perspectives.Four phenylethanolamine glycosides,two flavonoids and two triterpenes were selected as important reference for Q-markers and quality control,providing important theoretical basis for improving the quality evaluation standards and developing new pharmacological effects of Guangdong Zizhu(Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun).
