目的 评估温针联合补中益气方治疗女性腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效.方法 研究纳入60例女性腹泻型肠易激综合征患者(2020年12月—2021年12月收治),采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例,对照组患者口服马来酸曲美布汀片进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上应用温针联合补中益气方治疗,数据观察:临床疗效、治疗前后中医症状积分变化及排便情况(日排便次数与10 d排便急迫天数)变化、治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAM A)与抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评分变化、血清5-轻色胺水平变化、生命质量量表(irrita-ble bowelsyndrome quality of life measure,IBS-QOL)评分变化及不良反应.结果 对照组与观察组治疗总有效率比较[73.33％(22/30)vs 96.67％(29/30)](P＜0.05);各组患者治疗后中医症状积分、排便情况、HAMA及HAMD评分、血清5-轻色胺水平、IBS-QOL评分均改善,观察组患者治疗后中医症状积分、排便情况、HAMA及HAMD评分、血清5-羟色胺水平、IBS-QOL评分均优于对照组(P＜0.05);对照组无不良反应(0.00％),观察组1例皮肤过敏(3.33％)(P＞0.05).结论 温针联合补中益气方治疗女性腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效甚佳,且安全可靠,值得应用.
Clinical Observation of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Buzhong Yiqi Prescription(补中益气方)in Treatment of Female Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with Buzhong Yiqi Prescription(补中益气方)in the treatment of female irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea.Methods Sixty female patients with diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(admitted from December 2020 to December 2021)were divided into control group and observation group by ran-dom number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with trimebutin maleate tablets,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with Buzhong Yiqi Prescription on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,changes of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,changes of defecation situation(number of daily defecation and urgent days of 10 d defecation),changes in Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton De-pression Scale(HAMD)scores before and after treatment,serum serotonin levels,irritable bowelsyndrome quality of life measure(IBS-QOL)score and irritable reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate was compared between the control group and the observation group[73.33％(22/30)vs 96.67％(29/30)](P＜0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom scores,defeca-tion,HAMA and HAMD scores,serum serotonin and IBS-QOL score of patients in both groups were improved.After treatment,TCM symptom scores,defecation,HAMA and HAMD scores,serum serotonin level and IBS-QOL score of patients in the obser-vation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The control group had no adverse reactions(0.00％),while the observation group had 1 case of skin allergy(3.33％)(P＞0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with Buzhong Yiqi Prescription in the treatment of female diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome is very effective,safe and reliable,worthy of application.
