新型冠状病毒感染疫情中医肺养生康复思路探讨

摘要
新型冠状病毒感染(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)(简称新冠感染)疫情中医肺养生康复以"辨质养生""辨症/证康复"等中医理论基础为支撑,凭借中医养生康复"形神兼顾,标本同治""三因制宜,辨证论治""疗养结合,调节康复"优势,以"五脏相关,以肺为要""肺体金魄,形神共养""天人合一,杂合以治"为整体原则,采用鼻部保养、肠道调护、中药、针灸、按摩、气功等基本方法,缩短患者康复时间、有序回归社会,结合当前新冠恢复期特点建立多方法多途径科学全面的新冠感染中医肺养生康复方案以充分发挥中医药全程深度介入新冠疫情工作的重大作用.
Abstract
The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)lung health maintenance and rehabilitation of the corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)is supported by"health maintenance based on physique differentiation""rehabilitation based on symptom differentiation/syndrome differentiation"and other TCM basic theories,relying on the advantages of TCM health maintenance and rehabilitation,such as"giving consideration to both body and spirit,treating both symptoms and pathogenesis""adjusting condi-tions based on three factors,treating the symptoms and the root causes""combination of treatment and maintenance and combina-tion of adjustment and rehabilitation".Based on the overall principles of"five Zang-organs being related and lung being the key""lung and soul belonging to gold and the body and spirit being nourished together""harmony between man and nature and u-sing combined treatment with multiple therapies",the basic methods such as nose maintenance,bowel care,traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,Tuina and Qigong are adopted to shorten the recovery time of patients and make the patients orderly return to the society.Combining the characteristics of the current recovery period of COVID-19,the author established a multi-meth-od,multi-way,scientific and comprehensive TCM lung health maintenance and rehabilitation program for CO VID-19 to give full play to the important role of TCM in the whole process of in-depth intervention in COVID-19.
