Review of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Coronary Microcirculation Dysfunction after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is currently the most effective reperfusion method, but the patients with myocardial infarction(MI)are still at high risk of adverse cardiovascular events after PCI surgery. This phenomenon is closely re-lated to coronary microvascular dysfunction(CMD).Many diagnosis and treatment strategies have been proposed, but the effect of conventional western medicine treatment is not significant. The incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events remains high, and there is still a lack of effective treatment plan.A number of studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has a signif-icant effect on postoperative microcirculation disease after PCI.This article summarized the relevant mechanism of traditional Chi-nese medicine in the treatment of CMD after PCI in order to provide new treatment ideas for CMD after PCI surgery.
