The application of information collection technology of traditional Chinese medicine data science to the four diag-nosis and treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine is currently a research hotspot for scholars.In order to understand the research and application status of digital information collection of traditional Chinese medicine four diagnosis and provide a basis for further construction and improvement of research on traditional Chinese medicine data science in the real world,this pa-per combines the literature of nearly 20 years.This paper summarizes the research status of"inspection,auscultation and olfac-tion,inquiry and pulse-taking and palpation"and the collection equipment and data processing software platform combined with digital technology in the process of information collection in traditional Chinese medicine.Among them,the digital information ac-quisition of observation is mainly embodied in the digitalization of face diagnosis,tongue diagnosis and eye diagnosis,and the digi-talization of smell diagnosis as sound diagnosis and sniff diagnosis.Inquiry is the digitalization of clinical electronic medical re-cord,scale and inquiry system development.Inquiry is mainly discussed from the standardization of pulse digitization theory,pulse sensor and pulse diagnosis equipment.Finally,based on the current research status of the digitalization of the four diagno-ses of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper summarized and looked forward to the defects and shortcomings of the intelligent device for collecting information and the fusion and application of the four diagnoses in clinical diagnosis and treatment,hoping to provide ideas and inspiration for the digitalization of the four diagnoses in the future.The combination of data science and tradi-tional Chinese medicine will be more conducive to the inheritance,innovation and long-term development of traditional Chinese medicine.The digital technology of information collection is applied in the process of the four diagnoses of traditional Chinese medicine,so that the diagnosis and treatment technology of traditional Chinese medicine will advance with the times,further im-prove the overall treatment level of traditional Chinese medicine and make greater contributions to the protection of people's health.
