Effect of Yiqi Huashi Jiedu Decoction(益气化湿解毒汤)on NKTs and IL-4 in Patients with Chronic Cervicitis treated with Recombinant Human Interferon α2b Gel
Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Huashi Jiedu Decoction(益气化湿解毒汤)combined with recombinant hu-man interferon α2b gel on natural killer T cell(NKTs)and interleukin-4(IL-4)in patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic cervicitis diagnosed in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into routine group(52 cases)and prescription group(52 cases).The routine group was treated with recombinant human interfer-on α2b gel,and the prescription group was treated with Yiqi Huashi Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the routine group.The clini-cal effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate in the prescription group was 90.38％(47/52),which was higher than 75.00％(39/52)in the routine group.The adverse reaction rate was 9.62％(5/52)in the prescription group and that was 7.69％(4/52)in the routine group,without statistical significance(P＞0.05).The recurrence rate 3 months after drug withdrawal was 9.62％(5/52)in the prescription group,which was lower than 23.08％(13/52)in the routine group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The vaginal discharge time[(7.28±2.96)d]and the cervical repair time[(26.79±4.47)d]in the prescription group were shorter than those in the routine group[(14.02±4.56)d and(37.88±6.14)d],with statisti-cal significance(P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance in the comparison of cytokines between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,NKTs in the prescription group were higher than those in the routine group,and the levels of IL-4,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and prostate E2(PGE2)were lower than those in the routine group(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion Yiqi Huashi Jiedu Decoction combined with recombinant human interferon α2b gel in the treatment of chronic cervicitis can promote cervical repair and vaginal drainage,regulate the levels of NKTs,IL-4,SOD and PGE2,with high safety and low recur-rence rate.
