小驳骨化学成分与生物活性的研究进展

小驳骨为爵床科药用植物,具有祛瘀止痛、续筋接骨的功效,长期以来被用于跌打损伤、筋伤骨折、风湿骨痛、血瘀经闭和产后腹痛等疾病的治疗。通过搜索中国知网、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库,查找国内外已经发表的小驳骨相关文献,对小驳骨近二十年的化学成分和生物活性研究进行系统地梳理、归纳,发现目前已从小驳骨中分离出超过100种化合物,包括萜类、黄酮类、苯丙素类、木质素类、香豆素类和生物碱等。小驳骨提取物具有显著的生物活性,如抗炎、抗氧化等,其抗炎作用机制可能与调节炎症因子水平、抑制相关信号通路或相关蛋白表达等有关。可为小驳骨资源后续深入系统地研究和临床开发提供科学依据和理论参考。
Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Bioactivities of Xiaobogu(Justicia gendarussa)
Xiaobogu(Justicia gendarussa)is a medicinal plant belonging to the family of Acanthaceae,and has the functions of removing blood stasis and relieving pain,reinforcing tendons and bones.It has long been used for the treatment of various dis-eases,such as bruises,fractures,rheumatism,bone pain,blood stasis and postpartum abdominal pain.In this paper,CNKI,Pubmed,Web of Science and other databases were searched for domestic and foreign published literatures related to Xiaobogu(Justicia gendarussa),and the chemical components of Xiaobogu(Justicia gendarussa)and bioactivity studies in the past twenty years were systematically combed and summarized.It was found that a total of more than 100 compounds have been isolated from Xiaobogu(Justicia gendarussa),including terpenoids,flavonoids,phenylpropanoids,lignins,coumarins and alkaloids.The extract of Xiaobogu(Justicia gendarussa)has significant bioactivities,such as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.Its mechanism may be related to regulating the levels of inflammatory factors,inhibiting related signaling pathways or related protein expressions.This paper can provide theoretical reference and scientific basis for further systematic research and clinical development of Xiaobogu(Justicia gendarussa)resources.
