Effect of Stimulation of Neiguan(PC6)and Zusanli(ST36)on Anesthesia and Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function in Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer
Objective To observe the effect of the stimulation of Neiguan(PC6)and Zusanli(ST36)on anesthesia and postop-erative gastrointestinal function in laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 126 patients who under-went laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in a hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups by random number table method,63 cases in each group. The control group received routine postoperative analgesia intervention, and the observation group received the stimulation of Neiguan(PC6)and Zusanli(ST36)on the basis of the control group. The recovery after anesthesia, gastrointestinal function, immune function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. The observation indexes included visual analogue scale(VAS),sedation(Ram-say)score,gastrointestinal reaction grading, recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time, eating liquid diet time, defecation time, peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+)and natural killer cells(NK)and adverse reactions. Results The VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 24 and 48 hours after operation, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).48 h after operation, the gastrointestinal reaction grade of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time and liquid diet time between the two groups(P<0.05),and the time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. The levels of CD3+,CD4+and NK in the two groups were significantly increased 5 days after operation, and the levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the changes of CD8+in the two groups were not obvi-ous,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.53%in the observation group and 14.29%in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The stimulation of Neiguan(PC6)and Zusanli(ST36)is beneficial for anesthesia and postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer. The analgesic and sedative effects are good, the recov-ery of gastrointestinal function is faster, the patients immune function is improved, and the postoperative recovery is beneficial.
