清金化痰益肺汤合保和丸在支气管肺炎治疗中作用及对肺功能、免疫功能、FeNO、EOS、PCT、CRP水平的影响

目的 清金化痰益肺汤合保和丸对支气管肺炎的应用价值以及对肺功能、免疫功能、一氧化氮(Fractional ex-haled nitric oxide，FeNO)、血清嗜酸粒细胞(Eosinophil，EOS)、降钙素原(Procalcitonin，PCT)及C 反应蛋白(C-reactive protein，CRP)水平的影响。方法 选取医院收治的支气管肺炎患儿100例，并将患儿随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组均给予常规西药对症治疗，观察组在对照组方案的基础上给予清金化痰益肺汤合保和丸，两组疗程均为1周，对比两组临床治疗效果、肺功能、免疫功能、呼出气FeNO、EOS、PCT及CRP水平。结果 两组患者治疗后，观察组总有效率为94。00％(47/50)，显著高于对照组(76。00％，38/50)(P＜0。05);对照组及观察组经治疗后一秒呼气最大容积(Forced expiratory volume in one second，FEV1)、用力肺活量(Forced vital capacity，FVC)及 FEV1/FVC 水平均显著提升(P＜0。05)，同时观察组改善显著优于对照组(P＜0。05);对照组及观察组经治疗后免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G，IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A，IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(Immunoglobulin A，IgM)水平均较治疗前提升显著(P＜0。05)，同时观察组改善显著优于对照组(P＜0。05);对照组及观察组经治疗后FeNO、EOS、PCT及CRP水平均较治疗前降低显著(P＜0。05)，同时观察组改善显著优于对照组(P＜0。05)。结论 清金化痰益肺汤合保和丸能显著提高小儿支气管肺炎的临床治疗效果，改善患儿的肺功能及免疫功能，减轻相关炎性反应，具有临床研究意义。
Effect of Qingjin Huatan Yifei Decoction(清金化痰益肺汤)Combined with Baohe Pill(保和丸)in Bronchopneumonia on Immune Function,Levels of FeNO,EOS,PCT and CRP
Objective The effect of the application value of Qingjin Huayu Yifei Decoction(清金化痰益肺汤)combined with Baohe Pill(保和丸)in bronchopneumonia on immune function,the levels of FeNO,eosinophils(EOS),platelet(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP).Methods One hundred cases of children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the hospital were selected,and the children were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.In the control group,the children were treated with conventional western medicine,and in the observation group,the children were given Qingjin Huayu Yifei Decoction combined with Baohe Pill on the basis of the scheme of the control group.The levels of EOS,PCT and CRP were compared between the two groups.Results After of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00％(47/50),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.00％,38/50)(P＜0.05).The values of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC in the control group and the observa-tion group were significantly improved in both control group and observation group after treatment(P＜0.05),and the improve-ment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of IgG,IgA and IgM were significantly improved in both control group and observation group after treatment compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The lev-els of FeNO,FeNO,EOS,PCT and CRP in both the control group and the observation group were decreased significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),while the improvement in the observation group was significantly bet-ter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Qingjin Huayu Yifei Decoction combined with Baohe Pill can signifi-cantly improve the clinical treatment effect of pediatric bronchopneumonia,improve the lung function and immune function of chil-dren and reduce the related inflammatory reaction,which has clinical research significance.
