中药干预脑卒中后细胞焦亡的研究进展

摘要
脑卒中(简称"卒中")已成为全球第二大死亡与残疾原因,给个人、家庭和社会造成沉重的负担.脑细胞的损伤和死亡是影响卒中患者神经功能、预后及生存质量的关键因素.炎症反应是卒中发生发展中的关键病理环节.研究表明,细胞焦亡放大了炎症反应,加重了卒中后病理及神经功能损害.细胞焦亡作为一种新型促炎性程序性细胞死亡方式,在卒中病程中扮演着重要的角色.抑制细胞焦亡可调节脑细胞损伤和死亡的进程,起到神经保护性作用.中药防治卒中具有多通路、多靶点及不良反应较少等独特优势,且疗效显著.中药调控细胞焦亡的机制研究是该领域的新热点.依据国内外相关研究,从细胞焦亡概述、作用机制、信号通路、在卒中治疗中的应用及基于细胞焦亡的中药研究等方面进行了整理与总结,为进一步提升中药干预卒中的疗效提供新思路.
Abstract
Stroke has become the second largest cause of death and disability worldwide,causing a heavy burden on individu-als,families and society.Brain cell injury and death are key factors that affect neurological function,prognosis and quality of life in stroke patients.Inflammatory response is a key pathological link in the occurrence and development of stroke.Studies have shown that cell death amplifies inflammatory reactions and exacerbates pathological and neurological damage after stroke.As a new type of pro inflammatory programmed cell death,pyroptosis plays an important role in the course of stroke.Inhibiting pyropto-sis might regulate the process of brain cell injury and death,playing a neuroprotective role.There are unique advantages such as multi-pathway,multi-target points and fewer side effects in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prevention and treatment of stroke,in addition,the curative effect is remarkable.The research on the mechanism of TCM regulating pyroptosis is a new hots-pot in this field.Based on relevant research at home and abroad,this article summarized the overview of cell death,mechanism of action,signal pathways,application in stroke treatment and research on TCM based on cell death,providing new ideas for further improving the efficacy of TCM in treating stroke.
