姜黄素抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展

姜黄素(Curcumin)是一类由姜科、天南星科植物等的部分植株根中获得的二酮类物质。目前的科学研究已经证实,姜黄素能够利用各种机理和方法对肿瘤细胞发生诱导凋亡、控制生长、抑制转化与侵袭、控制血管的形成、调节基因表达、对化学药物的增敏和逆转耐药性等的功能,因此可用于对子宫内膜癌、肝癌、结肠癌、胃癌、食管癌等各种癌症病变的诊断。总结了姜黄素抗肿瘤的主要作用机制与相关的临床试验,以期为有关科学研究提供依据。
Research Progress on Anti-tumor Mechanism of Curcumin
Curcumin is a kind of diketones obtained from the roots of some plants of the family Curcumin and Araceae.Cur-rent scientific research has confirmed that curcumin can induce the apoptosis,control the growth,inhibit the transformation and in-vasion,control the formation of blood vessels,regulate gene expression,sensitize the chemical drugs,reverse the drug resistance and other functions of tumor cells by various mechanisms and methods.Therefore,it can be used for the diagnosis of endometrial cancer,liver cancer,colon cancer,stomach cancer,esophageal cancer and other cancer lesions.In this paper,the main mechanism of curcumin treating tumors and related clinical trials were summarized in order to provide the basis for relevant scientific re-search.
